I have lived here for about one year. At first everything was great. Liked the apartment, liked the grounds and clubhouse. The manager with the long hair he would throw great parties. It was living at a "resort" with all the details attened too.
Now, like the other review, it has gone downhill. Walkways dirty, grounds have garbage all over and the new management put up illy plastic banners promoting the place. It used to be the best but now it is just trashy. Why pay such high rent'
Complained to the manager and all she had to say was "sorry" with complete attitude. I asked for her manager and she said to write a letter and she would forward to the main office. I just feel that before with the rent I am paying it was worth it, now its not. New management needs to learn from the old management on how to take of the apartment grounds and treat its renters with some repect and not attitude. The ast really needs to be re-trained or just leave with the main management.
