Moved in here few months ago. Management staff were all friendly until you sign the lease...
I think it has to do with the construction of the apartment, but we hear the people up stair very well...I mean every step, every time they close the door, every time they close the window, every time they take shower, every time they flush toilet, whole apartment is built that way. Do not waste your time complaining with the management, you would be lucky if they do anything at all the first time.
Location is very nice, and garage is nice if you have one. Parking is becoming an issue...good luck if you do not have a garage.

no stars for employee verbal abuse and intimidation of residents.they will keep your deposit even though they gave you written agreement of its return, and u will have to take them to small claims to get your money back. And you will have to listen to your neighbours fighting/on the toilet/or having sex through the paper thin walls. They are too tight (employees own words) to replace the projector bulb in the movie theatre so it never worked,the computer in the "business suite" crashes so much its unusable. Way over priced. The garbage situation is a health risk and eye sore
