This place has gotten very filthy. It's like they (management) doesn't care about their residents after the lease signing. Been here 1 year and boy the hallways are full of cobwebs and spiders. There is garbage pickup up here but it's a real bad idea b/c people's garbage leaks all over and no matter how many times notices go out, people do not comply. This is a BIG sanitation and health issue. I am sure Dept of Health would love to knock on this managament's door. What are these people doing all day' Doesn't the manager walk around and see this filthy place when he walks into a building' I challenge any of you reading this to say otherwise. This place has not been hosed down and it shows. If I was a leasing agen or manager and I had to show an apartment, I would be embarassed. So, don't say I didn't forewarn any of you. YOu will get sick of the garbage sitting out, the dirty and dusty hallways outside, the filthy fitness room that harbors who knows what, and the head manager who says one thing and never does it.
