Pros:

1. Great Size (single bdrm), excellent and spacious
2. Office team are very courteous and generous, patient and are good
3. No Interference from management and they are not bossy in trying to enforce things
4. They do send a thank you gift when you put up with them
5. Community is pretty good and it is pretty safe.


COns:
1. Danger, they dont tell you that the roof is made up of Asbestos untill you are ready to sign the lease (ie., after you make up your mind to take the apt).
2. Roof is a scary thing since you should not touch it bec of asebestos (cancer causing) and they tell you it is safe, but who knows.
3. Too expensive according to what is provided.
4. The cable sucks, it took 3 years to get ATT and the APpollo cable has only 15 channels.
5. DSL Barely made it to my apt, and the Dish installation is a nightmare since they ask for insurance, this, that, ,,,,,blah..
6. Laundry is too far and also the mail is too far
