Not a good place tolive(Bad Management and Creepy surroundings)

I have stayed in this appartment from the year 2003 -- till Date. Moving out this Year.
The Management that used to be good has goNe WORST.
There are two lady managers that do not listen to you.One is a pure -----.You complaint anything that has gone bad in your appartment and heck!!!!! she would not do it until you give her reminders 3 to 4 times in some weeks.
While moving in, she handed over an appartment full of stains and scratches on the glass window.Everything was noted down in the moving sheet and when i shifted to another appartmEnt in the same complex they charged me for having stains on the appartment at the same surface area.The stains were already there, that's the reason its mentioned in the moving sheet.
Other ----- manager says that this is not a pet friendly . I see her feeding 2-3 wild cats everyday.As a result if you come to this complex you would find atleast 10 CATS near the dumpster. I freak out almost every night.
IN ALL PEOPLE , IT USED TO BE A GOOD PPT , I REFFERD APPARTMENTRATINGS.COM AND READ EVERY REVIEW .BUT NOW ITS REALLY BAD.
Another important thing the walls of the appartments in this complex are very THIN ...
you will almost hear the next neighbour snoaring.. No privacy...
Dont come HERE..............
AND ONE MOST IMPORTANT THING BECAUSE OF THE NEARBY DENSELY FOREST SURROUNDINGS , YOU WOULD FIND A LOT AND LOT OF SPIDERS AND INSECTS IN YOU HOUSE.
MAN I AM DONE WITH IS APPARTMENT.
Anything BAd you say about this appartment is LESS.
NO SECURITY , VANDALISM OF CARS.
