I lived in Fremont Glen in the mid-1980's, and I was just curious to see if there are still sticking it to people(with high rent) who have moved to the bay area from back east. After I lived there for 3 months they hit me with a rent increase of 100 bucks,20 percent!, so that would be like 500 in today's rental market. They also had absolutly no sense of humor when I found a much nicer cheaper aparment and moved to Manteca. They hassled the ---- out of me for years and the entry was on my credit report for long after that!!!
When we had tremors, the place rocked and creaked and I thought the roof of the car port was going to collapse and crush my new toyota truck! There is was no security then, and I would get hustlers from the city at my door who would try to follow me back from the area where I worked in the city.
The apartment was OK, the pool decent, and management people', well they did their job..but beware.. if you sign up, plan on having the money for at least the term of your lease in the bank..before you sign on the dotted line....otherwise. they will screw you .OK.''.but you can do better if you shop around! I am so glad you have this forum today, when I first came here in the 80's apts were hard to find and very pricy...again...BEWARE OF THIS PLACE unless you plan to stay! I would make sure you only sign a month to month lease with these people and keep a firearm for protection.

How can a person who lived here in 1993 have anything to say about current living at this complex. From what I see the property is immaculately maintained. And the prices are below market rents currently. I'd say, so far, this seems like a great place!
