Excellent maintenance. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/9/2004 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2004   The maintenance is very good. The staff is there the next minute almost every time. Neighbors keep to themselves but friendly when in need. The outer property areas are also well-maintained. Laundry room is clean and always available for ur use. Huge living room, bedrooms and lot of closet spaces. you get one carport and one parking spot on first-come/first-serve basis. One drawback is that the manager(s) appear to be rude. Kinda perfectionists so expect the same from the residents. we use to have problems but not anymore. If they had a laundry facility inside some or every units I will live there for my lifetime.
