i have been reading these posts and have to say, it looks pretty contribed. the reality is people come and go all the time here. Mary serves people 60 days constantly. Picks and chooses whom she wants to side with. She can be unfair when she wants to be. this place is not all that but it is pretty affordable. the laundry room situation has had many problems. sometimes it is busy and people take your clothing out and dump it anywhere. there have been/are conflicts.
as for the lady that got a 60 day, i know her. she is pretty nice person, she is rarely if never home. i see her on the weekends on ocassion. she was very helpful one day when my car died in the parking lot. gave me a jump when everyone else just watch and never offerred to help.
if you rent here, my advice is don't complain about anything. be very nice and extra polite to Mary and her crew. They can be arrogant and Mary is/has been on a power trip Racist' i am not exactly sure. I have lived in this neighborhood for about 14 years. Historically, it has been pretty white. Seems to be changing somewhat but there are overtones here in this complex. The new clashes with the old.

YES AMAISING DO TO THE THINKS THEY GET AWAY WITH.OH Yes Mary is the worse, rude and racist Manager in Fremont.NOW MARY HIR A RACHEL WHO IS GETTING TRAIN TO BE YES LIKE HER ( TWO RACIST, RUDE AND INPROFESIONAL INDIVIDUALS). MAINTANANCE DRIVE A GOLF CAR LIKE HE IS ON A FREEWAY, ONE OF THIS DAY HE WILL RUN SOME OVER, AND DENIED. Run from this place this is hell. She is never in the office, try to hit on any male individual that goes into the property, no respect for any one only her friends and Family. DO NOT RENT HERE YOU WILL BE SORRY. ALL THE POSITIVE FEEDBACK ON THIS PROPERTY ARE POST BY HER TO COVER HER SELF. RUN FAST >>>>>>>>>
