I just moved in here and I love it! it is such an improvement over my old apartment that I am still in shock. You rarely hear your neighbors in their apartments, there are no noise problems after hours, the grounds are beautiful, my apartment is HUGE and everyone seems so friendly!
After reading the reviews about Mary I wanted to say this: She is strict on her rules and I love it! it's what makes this community such a great place to live. If she has to get out of bed in the middle of the night to tell someone to knock it off then sure she's gonna be irritated with them! (we all would, hello') After coming from a place with no enforcement Mary is a blessing! I can get a full night's sleep, not trip over shopping carts, and enjoy where I live!
If you are looking for a quiet, clean, structured atmosphere where you feel safe and enjoy your surroundings then this is the place for you!

YES AMAISING DO TO THE THINKS THEY GET AWAY WITH.OH Yes Mary is the worse, rude and racist Manager in Fremont.NOW MARY HIR A RACHEL WHO IS GETTING TRAIN TO BE YES LIKE HER ( TWO RACIST, RUDE AND INPROFESIONAL INDIVIDUALS). MAINTANANCE DRIVE A GOLF CAR LIKE HE IS ON A FREEWAY, ONE OF THIS DAY HE WILL RUN SOME OVER, AND DENIED. Run from this place this is hell. She is never in the office, try to hit on any male individual that goes into the property, no respect for any one only her friends and Family. DO NOT RENT HERE YOU WILL BE SORRY. ALL THE POSITIVE FEEDBACK ON THIS PROPERTY ARE POST BY HER TO COVER HER SELF. RUN FAST >>>>>>>>>

wow...first of all learn how to spell, secondly I am entitled to my opinion and I have had a great time living here, golf carts obviously don't go fast enough to be on the freeway and I am NOT Mary. Obviously you didn't follow the rules and you got burned. Sory for you, but the rules are there to make all of us happy. If this place was so bad then why is it so hard to get into?
