shocked by previous review From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/21/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   I was shocked to read comments made of the rudeness of the staff, I am writing because so many people ore quick to write about bad experiences and slowly to write about possitive one's. Both my husband and I have lived at Heritge Village for over 5 years now and within that time we have had problems with previous management but have had nothing but good expierences with todays office and maintnance staff. Mark has always been very welcome and friendly to us. I especially remember one day when I was home sick and my husband was worried because I had not heard the phone to answer it. He then called Mark who stopped by with his co-worker John and looked in on me to make sure that I was ok, just for my husbands peace of mind. I was so touched by this that I sent a thank you card to the office. It may not seem like much to someone but it was alot to me. I love it here.
