You can do better From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/26/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   Agree that the manager is just a warm body filling space - not the sharpest tool in the shed, and not empowered to really do anything. Everything is old and worn inside the apartment, cheap fixtures, nothing of quality. Maintenance manager (John) is very professional, which is good because the apartment had many things wrong with it when I moved in that required repair and cleaning. They said they painted, but it was quite obvious they hadn't. They hadn't even cleaned properly. But John did fix things right away. I just had to take a day off to get it done.
