i have to say that we love living here so far. we have always been welcomed by all of the staff and have been so impressed with the improvements made since we got here. they have maintained everything so nice we see all of the janitors picking up trash and cleaning constantly, and they have always been pleasant when coming in to make repairs. we are geting a new roof, which i must say is alot better than the last place in hayward we stayed they waitined til nov to fix it so we got wain on our house. we got two bedroom, whihc is cool and we have central AC!!!! which even our old house didn't had that..the manager maria has been so friendly to deal with as has the other ladies in the office.we got our reasonable deposit back when we moved out, which is i'm happy with. we are sad to leave this plcae..

i would like to say something.the apartment which is 650 sq foot is very small it not worth living there is very less storage and the patio is out side. and their rent is vary varible.and the staff is very rude. they are not well behaved.and pool is very dirty.i would suggest don't come here.1st may 2008
