Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I have lived here for 6 months and thank God my lease is up. i havent had a screen on my bathroom window the entire time, my parking spot is a hike away, in a different driveway then my apartment. I here fighting neighbors screaming and hollering (ive called the cops 2 times!),there are dogs constantly barking and pooping everywhere.
Over all pretty ghetto. Nice apperance but dont let it fool you. Had to call office 4 times to get pro rated amount for last month rent, never returned my calls. Downstairs neighbors pounded on my floor if i walked, talked, turned on the tv, or farted. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. $1025 for a one bedroom is not worth your sanity.
Im already having doubts about getting my deposit back.... And my apartment is flawless :(
