It is hard for me to find something that the management of this apartment complex failed to do to meet my satisfaction. The place we stay in is perfect, in perfect condition, although problems in terms of appliances and maintenance do come up. The guys here can be trusted so much and very friendly, not to mention that these guys also always do their job right the first time they got their hands on them! They keep very good shape of the apartments and the grounds around it. The office staff, and maintenance staff, as stated before, were fantastic. Nicest people I have worked with in terms of communications and efficiency. Don't be thrown off by the pricing, which is still regular pricing of apartments in Fremont, you are getting the apartment and service that totally worth more than the money you paid.
Only thing I would complain about is the parking situation, you get one designated space, and the other one, if you got another car, is first come first serve. There are ample street parking outside. Also talking about surrounding neighborhoods, there is a library and a strip mall right next door. Walking to starbucks isn't a dream to me anymore! You should try this place out and see what a good apartment and fantastic management staff can do to make your life that much better.
