As I said, I lived here for 2 years. The two problems that I had were my toilet leaked a bit and my front door knob was really hard to turn. Both problems were fixed within 24 hours. I have read the other reviews written.
Management has always been polite and professional with me.
No one has ever tried to burglarize my place and I have lived on the ground floor for the 1st year and the 3rd floor for the 2nd year.
As long as Ive lived here, parking has been assigned. My spot is never taken by someone else.
I have never seen any ants here, just a few spiders.
I received my entire deposit back. I just cleaned up and touched up the paint before I left.
I found this place very convenient to the park, BART, 880 & 680 and to Raleys.
It would be nice to pay less in rent; I paid $1190 for my one bedroom, but I have lived in more expensive places in the city that were not as nice as it is here.
