From: hateit100percent Date posted: 2/4/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   TOO NOISY; I LIVE ON THE FIRST (GROUND) FLOOR AND I CAN HEAR EVEN HEAR THE GUY ON SECOND SNORING; YOU VERY MUCH CAN TELL WHERE PEOPLE ARE BECAUSE OF POOR CONSTRUCTION. IT IS OVERPRICED FOR SOMETHING LIKE THIS; THE ON-THE-WALL HEATER UNIT IS A JOKE. THEY SAID IT'S GATED! WHAT A JOKE. ANYBODY CAN GO IN THERE NIGHT OR DAY. PEOPLE GOING THRU THE GARBAGE RIGHT OUTSIDE YOUR DOOR. I REGRET IT. THINK TWICE....
