No Privacy or Safety From: Veryregret Date posted: 2/17/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I totally agree with some of the recent reviews. Very noisy here, not worth the money. I live on the ground floor and could hear tenants living on the second level going to the bathrm, flushing the toilet and even closing the closet (not mentioning hearing those LM noises). Very very poor construction. Gated community is safer' Don't think so, it's just a gimmick to overprice this community. My car was burglared in the middle of the night (my car is just an ordinary and over 7 year old car). Believe me, rent other apartments in Fremont, absolutely not this one. We are moving away soon luckily.
