	Manager is nice...price is decent, but neighbor are very noisy, and the apartment condition are kind of old, just had some termites problems.

	When I first moved here, the place seemed OK. It's gated, I'm at the top (3rd) floor, and it's walking distance to 99 Ranch, and other restaurants (pho, chinese, nearby thai). And did I mention there's an elevator? That's about ... more
