This apartment is very overpriced. On average the 2 BR 2 Baths are priced at 1795 Water Garbage which will make it 1900 . Look for better and cheaper apartments in nearby places. The apartment units are nice though but nothing justifies this high cost. Also the late fees for not paying the rent is 75 usd each time. And the management is atrocious. They will never let you waive off even though you were in hospital.

I am the manager and I would like to take the opportunity to respond to this complaint. Our apartment rates are very competitive with the surrounding apartment communities. Being right across from Bart, we offer the ease of walking to public transportation. Our landscaping is extensive and would rival any community in the Bay Area. Not to mention our glass enclosed swimming pool heated year round. Rent is due on the 1st of every month at the Presidio and we give all clients a four day grace period until the 4th to pay. The team at The Presidio works hard to make all of our residents happy. I invite you to come and see what the Presidio has to offer.
