I have lived here for 7 months and when my lease expired they raised the rent as high as legally possible. In emergency situations they can enter your apartment without calling to notify you, until you come home and discover workers and a huge hole in the wall! Parking is difficult, and managment was unprofessional and rude. Would recommend that any potential renters rethink their options in the area.

be glad that they even responded!...i live in the city and a leak that began above me destroyed my entire bedroom set. it cost me almost $3k to replace everything! next time you may not be so lucky/ a patch in the wall is nothing, i had to sleep on the flat for a week. what's legally possible? my apr% is steadly rising...buy a house & hopefully you won't need to call roto-rooter!
