ask to see your apartment before you move in From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/7/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   Overall, I dont' mind living at Sun Pointe. The neighbors are quiet, the location is good and the patio is great. On the downside, it is a little overpriced and the apartment had not been cleaned AT ALL when I moved in.
