Not worth the high price From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/16/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   We have lived here for a year and a half and can not wait for our lease to end so we can move. The rent is outrageous and getting the managers to do anything is impossible. We had an experience where the maintenance staff lazily fixed something under our sink and the next morning we woke to a flood. Why they only replaced half we do not know. It took forever to get someone out to shut off the water, vacuum up the water, etc. Then we got to deal with a stinky carpet as a result and had to pressure the management to do anything. They were too cheap to replace it so it was not fun. The complex seems desperate for renters so they have up to 4 people living in a one bedroom. There are also a lot of noisy neighbors that don't seem to care about sharing walls with others.
