Those pervious posts are all correct.



Walls are super thin. And my downstair people have a TV in the bedroom, they don?t turn it off until 1-2am in the morning. In some worse case, they sleep with the TV on.
They also turn on the music 7-8 am in the morning.



Neighbor likes to slam doors and closet doors. But I found that it happends anywhere, I guess those people grow up in a house used to do something like that. They never consider they are sharing walls with others.



The maintaince are handled by an outside company, good luck to get thing fixed in case of emergency. Take at least 2-4 days before someone comes.



Aparment are spacious, but lack of storage compartments. Floor are squeaking in some spots. Lots of spiders around, don?t know why. You can see spider webs virtually everywhere, on the balcony fences, stairs, outside of the doors....



But the biggest problem is noise.

Cannot sleep at all if you have a neighbor like me.......
