BEAUTIFUL place to live, but with a HIGH PRICE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/10/2001 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001   First Impression: This is a beautiful place to live. The apartments are well insulated. It is a great place to live if you have pets or kids. The apartments sizes are better than average. Minor Problems: The trash, water, and sewer fees are questionable. What the other reviewers had to say about this is so true. Maybe that money is going to the "Suprano family." ;-) Who knows' The fees are definitely odd. Additionally, the rent prices are outrageous and have actually gone up in the past year, which is the only reason that we are moving. In addition, we know that we can find a nice place without the questionable fees. Major Problem: We had problems getting things fixed. We usually have to make two or three calls. Then, when things finally do get "fixed," we have to call to get them fixed again. The lower management staff is often flakey, which is part of the problem. Summary: If you have money to throw out with the trash, this is a good place to live.
