From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/12/2001 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001   This apartment complex maintenance is so bad that they dont even care about your emergency maintenance. They will charge you even for normal wear and tear like carpet cleaning, painting walls etc. And cost of their apartment is very high in comparison to other complexes in the area. Not worth living overall. Anytime you want to have something fixed up, they will start arguing why you need that fixed'
