Small, noisy and overpriced

Everything pretty much stinks. No overnight maintenance or security patrols anymore. It's hard to pay rent or get packages from the office because the staff leaves as soon as the manager's gone. They haven't sprayed the outside of the buildings for ants in ages, so they're all over the place. We've had no luck with outside companies coming in to spray our apartment.
