Having only lived here about a month. I have found the staff here to be very responsive. When my apartment wasn't ready as promised, they put me into a guest house at another property for 4 days while they corrected the problem, re-carpeted and re-vinyled the apartment, at no charge. That says a lot for the way they run the operation here. It's quiet and the grounds are lush and green. The pools are clean and usually filled with families with their children. I like it so well, that I plan to move from a 1-bdrm to a 2-bdrm unit and stay here awile. Yeah, it's a bit pricey...but in the bay area, what isn't. It's about the quality of what you get for what you pay and knowing how to live in an apartment enviornment.
