Reply to "Stupid Lady in the Managers Office From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/30/2004 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004   I was just wondering why you still live at Sun Pointe if the entire 3 years you lived there is terrible. It sounds like you are the stupid one! I see you know nothing about the laws in the state of California. A 3 Day Notice to Pay Rent or Quit has to be servered to everyone that has not paid their rent. It also has to be posted face out for everyone to see. Further more I don't apprieciate the voulger comments about the manager in her chair. Where else is she suppost to sit' She is a lot better the last manager they had! You also make it sound like they have done nothing about the pets. They changed their pet policy as soon as she became the manager. They do not alow big dogs anymore and they are trying to inforce the leash law and people picking up after their pets. As far as the grounds go, that is a constant thing to be picking up trash. If people would help and not through it on the ground. So get a life and move out you looser!!!!
