No better no worse, except.

I have lived in a number of apartments in the bay area and I find Sun Pointe to be no better or worse than most. The landscaping is great and it's pretty quiet. I know people complain about thin walls but it's just like any other complex I have lived in. The big bonus is the rent, it's one of the cheapest in the area. I have a 1 bedroom for $1,100/month.
