Ate up all deposit and charged extra!

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
We stayed here for only 6 months and even though we returned the apartment very clean, they charged up for so many things. One of it was painting ($225). When we called the office, they say they've to paint the apartment before the new move in all cases and the vacating resident has to pay for it! How about that'! In fact we had to pay around $50 extra as the deposit was only $400.

Otherwise, very good apartment community. Great location, just opposite Lake Elizabeth. But, no essential services in walking distance, min 2 miles. Yes, it's pricey, but in top 10 in Fremont!
