READ From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/3/2005 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2005   STAFF:3/10. poor management. Minimum maintenance staff. Manager is ok. Weekend manager is rude. she nends to learn some manners. Complex: From some appts view is cool. But looking at falling rates of rent everywhere over priced.Gym etc is nice.@bed 2 bath is good if you get it at reasonable rent. Many people are leaving this complex cause of over price. Over all I would say if you get 1 bed 1 bath for 1000 with good view or 2 bed 2 bath close to 1300 then go for it. remebr you pay appprox 50 bucks per month for water etc and electricity bill also comes decent.Most imp is there is no AC.
