Ill make this short, since this was a handy website that I used to gauge feedback. First and foremost, the management at Sun Pointe has NO CLUE on how to maintain a healthy tenant-landlord relationship. Just think of it as a bad experience at an upscale restaurant. You pay a premium price for great service right' Well, Sun Pointes management office touts a ??luxury apartment?? living environment but fails miserably to deliver a quality experience. I guess this is the caliber and talent of people working in the housing office. (you know who you are). I was thought that most complexes gave you until the 5th of every month for rent, I was off by 2 days and sure enough, received an eviction notice on the 5th. Also, forget about trying to get maintenance to come do anything. Now, ill give the place some credit, we do enjoy the property and what it has to offer. However, its old and im sure you can get the same deal at a new complex without the hassles. Now this is for you down there in the housing office. We were planning on being loyal tenants for 2-3 years down the road. After our experience with the way you guys run the show, you can bet we??ll be out after 12 months. Good luck finding a replacement-
