GREAT PLACE TO LIVE!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/6/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   SUN POINTE VILLAGE IS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE!! BEAUTIFUL VIEW, LAKE ELIZABETH AND THE PARK RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET. PET FRIENDLY. VERY CLOSE TO BART. I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR ONE YEAR AND I STILL LOVE THIS PLACE. EVERYTIME I HAVE HAD A PROBLEM THE MANAGEMENT HAS BEEN VERY HELPFUL. WHEN I RENEWED MY LEASE, I CALLED AND ASKED TO TALK TO THEM ABOUT THE PRICE AND TERM, THEY LISTENED TO ME AND I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS AND SIGNED ANOTHER YEAR LEASE.
