We lived in this apartment for almost a year and moved out recently. When we moved in, there was a lot of work in the apartment that was not completed as agreed, even though they had it vacant for 2 weeks after last move out and we had paid EXTRA 40 bucks every month for that work. Since lot of the work was with kitchen cabinets, we could not unpack kitchen stuff for over 15 days and had to eat out. We had to follow up so many times and they took it easy and kept on giving false promises. It was a very bad experience when we were so busy at work. They gave us some token break in a month's rent, but that barely covered our restaurant bills - no compensation for our inconvenience. The maintenance guy Chuck was rude and clueless when we had leakage problems in bathroom.

We got a lot of noise from the trains even in middle of night, and they lied to us about the timing and frequency of those trains.

After the initial month, the rest of the stay was not a problem, but not enough for us to stay any longer than our lease.
