I moved out of this place last year because:
1)I was unhappy with the falling condition of my apartment and high rent.
2)a serious ants infestitation problem.
3)Some residents are unfriendly and rude.
4) Unprofessional and incompetant staff.
When I first moved in, they did not have my apartment ready---was extremely dirty and still had prior resident's old furniture on the patio.
They have failed to record my new forwarding address upon moving out and they stupidly sent out my last closing bill to my old apartment unit. Good thing I have arranged a mail forwarding service with USPS, because I was able to receive them several weeke later. Had not done this, they would have sent my name/info to credit bureau for unpaid balance...All due to their poor bookeeping and negligence. Unbelievable.
