I've lived here only 9 months and in that time they have done random maintenance, measuring, looking, god knows what else practically every month sometimes twice a month. The dryer has broken down 3 times. The bedroom window leaked and when we called maintenance they said they would be out the next day and gave us a time frame. My boyfriend took the day off work to wait because we don't like people to come through our apartment. And guess what...they didn't show up!!!! They called and asked if they could come the next day. Another time I waited all day for them and they didn't come till 6 pm in the middle of dinner time.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE...do not waste your time and money to live here. Sure it looks nice from the outside...but they are annoying and will probably steal everything you own.

Oh and we're moving out at the end of our lease. Prior to that we got a letter saying we could extend the lease for 12-months with an increase for $200 or do month-to-month with a $400 increase. It's rediculous!!!!! I've lived in numerous complexes and this is by far the worst. I'd rather spend more money per month to be at a nice place that doesn't harass you.
