I have been living here for about six months and so far haven't had any problems. It is true that the maintance service through Bre properties is horrible. I have made a few appointments without anyone showing up but learned to go directly through the office. I am a little cautious about being set packages. I ordered something and it was delivered however the office didn't have it. Where my apartment is, it is quiet and haven't had any problems with anyone. I am concerned about the rent going up at the time of renewal but that's the way it is when renting! 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
