I have had the worst experience in my life. Everyone's reveiw here is correct. The main office or leasing office people are very rude. It's unnecessary the way they respond to your question. You really do feel like they don't care. The rent is just as much as the one next door Alborada and that apartment complex is much newer. I've had maintenance request for 3 weeks and either they do an inferior repair or delayed repair. This is managed by BRE Properties which is a very big company. It's a shame that they let this happen. Management needs to do some customer service training. They are the worst! If you are planning to move here because you think the rent is reasonable do not do it. Paying an extra $100-$200 to rent elsewhere is better for your peace of mind. If you are reading this be thankful. I wish I knew about this website before I rented.
