Good maintenance and crew! Very poor management and over priced!

From the outside, the place looks like an oasis. The greenary is well kempt and the parking area isn't in disarray. The maintenance crew is very responsive and attentave. The apartment units are a reasonable size, but are overpriced (like an extra $350/month to have a washer and dryer in the unit, compated to other local communities of similar size without washer/dryer). The worst thing is after paying all that money, you can hear your neighboors talking, walking, flushing, cooking, and loving! I happened to get an upstairs neighbor with a very energetic toddler. From 6:00am each morning, including Sundays, it was like living in a kick-drum!!!! in addition to hearing every step, their floor boards swueeked. NO NOISE INSULATION. When I informed management, I noticed no change (except notice for my rent going up in a month!) Be aware: Only one person in the office has decision making authority and the office is open very odd hours and is often closed during posted open hours.

Nice, yeah the maintenance guys are awesome, always responsive and very courteous, but the office staff appear lazy and un-interested about your issues most of the time, when they are actually IN the office.
