It's alrite.. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/4/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   im glad that i got a 3rd floor apartment, otherwise i'd b complaining like the others who've written a review and who live on the 2nd floor. i didnt realize it was so noisy. ill b more considerate. but if u wanna rent here.. live on the 3rd floor. although, it is more expensive to either have a 1st or 3rd floor apt. i liked it here because this was my first place and first taste of freedom. but now that i know what to look for in a good place to rent im ready to move on. very overpriced. cant get my mail after 9pm and they gave away my parking space to someone else who requested it bc i didnt move in yet! although i already put a dep down. pro: storage space. con: i dont have a door on it! they told me that wen i moved in since this unit was newly renovated they had to remove it and would be replacing it within a couple weeks. well.. its now 10months later and the end of my lease and i still have no door! they either forgot or dont care. and ive mentioned it a couple times already. overall, if u have the money for a 3rd fl apt. get home b4 9p. and dont mind walking halfway round the complex to get mail. its alrite to live here.
