Apartment community is nice by most standards. I agree with people who feel that the units are energy inefficient and that the noise from trains can be a problem. My heating bill was incredibly high due to the highly inefficient heating units they use. It also took 4 days for them to repair the unit when it failed during a particularly cold month.

My main complaint is the incompetence of the management staff who tend to not keep to posted office hours, lose documentation, and generally do a poor job of handling issues or problems.
