Sun Pointe Village
< Prev Review | >
I ve lived in this complex for a few years now.
Leasing office/Staff:
- There are new individuals working here just about every other month. Never seem to see the same face twice.
- New trainees are left alone all the time when & if the office happens to be open.
- Office hours seem to change ALL the time.
- No use complaining to the office about loud neighbors at 3am.
- No use calling security either, they never show up (Only available after 9pm or if they happen to patrol that day.)
-Office staff is very rude & has never seemed to of had customer service experience/training.
Location/Complex:
- Just across the street from Lake Elizabeth & few blocks from Bart Station.
- When I first moved here a few years ago the complex was great. Now a days they seem to re-do the landscaping every few weeks.
-They care WAY too much on the exterior appearance that they seem to skip on the actual work done inside when remodeling.
- The workers they use to do many of their improvements are loud at all times & you can find looking into windows.
-There is an assigned parking spot with enough room for visitors and additional cars.
Maintenance Staff:
- The maintenance staff is great.
- They do what they can. There are those times when it seems to take forever to get taken care of, but at least it gets done.
Neighbors:
- I ve been lucky to of had 2 or the 3 same neighbors for a few years now which, are great and friendly.
-Now a day s people who would of not normally of lived here a few years ago are starting to move in very quickly. Which causes noise levels & safety issues to raise.
Pets:
- Are allowed for a fee, mainly small breeds.
- Many pet owners do not pick up after their pets.
-There are some large breeds, which are walked without leashes. (My dog dose not appreciate that)
Only reasons I m still hear:
I have no time to go out and find a new place, there for no time to move. It is close to the Bart station & beautiful Lake Elizabeth. 2bed/2bath unit is big unlike others I did see a long time ago. My rent has gone down a few hundred from when I first moved in, but of course brings in a lot of people that don t fit in to the picture I was painted long ago. Waiting until my lease is up to make the big move.
