Yo!

I would never live here again...

From the start we had problems. The day we moved in the cord to the dryer was missing, two windows were broken and the central air did not work. It took almost a week to get a new dryer cord, my father had to fix the windows and we were told that while we do have a central air system, there is no freon in it so it wont work. The washer smelled funny. The dryer took 3-5 times drying anything you put in there. The pipes for the sink in the kitchen were plastic and not put together right so it come unhooked if you used the garbage disposal and pour water all over the place. We had to leave a bowl under there to be able to cook and clean. The day we moved in there was a hornet infestation and we were told someone would do something about it right away. No one did so again, my father fixed it.

The actual buildings are build horribly. There is no insulation at all. The rooms get extremely cold in the winter and extremely hot during the summer. If you do run the heater, most of that heat gets lost due to the insulation problem. Everything is very thin so you can hear your neighbor upstairs snoring, you can hear their phone ring, you can hear their conversations.

They spent countless money on the parking lot and renovating the front office, like leather monogrammed pillows but BRE will not replace old appliances that barely work.

If you need to speak with the main office, they will only laugh at you. That's if they answer the phone in the first place.

Kids vandalize cars and nothing gets done. Dogs are left on balconies all day to bark. People who walk their pest refuse to pick up after them.

They kept way more of our deposit than they should have and completely did not give our pet deposit back at all. I really feel like they over charged us on the cleaning prices considering we waiting to go through the walk through and no one showed up nor were the people in the office interested in finding out why and what could be done to fix it. This is typical SPV behavior.

If you want to live in a place where rules are not enforced, especially pet rules, this is the place to live. If you want to be able to rev your engine at all hours, let your kids run crazy, this is the perfect place for you.

The only pro for this place, and I mean only, is Nate the maintenance man. He tried his hardest to get things fixed as soon as possible.

Management could be more professional, nicer and could be less lazy.
