Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2009
We have lived here for the last 2.5 years. The best is the maintanence crew here. They respond to us quickly and thecrew members are very friendly. During 2006 the management was amazing, we had some rude folks in 2008 but again in 2009 we have a decent management.
The rent renewal notice does not come one month before the lease is completed and we have to give one month notice to vacate the apartment. They increased our rent by 50 dollars the first year and they increased our rent in 2008 almost 150 USD more and we did not know it till a week before our lease was expiring. So we could not move out in a weeks time too. So we signed up for a short term lease. We felt when they require a month's notice, we expect them to send the renewal atleast a 6 weeks before the lease expires so the family has time to think and decide.
The water and wastage is paid based on the average of what the you and your neighbours uses. So if you consume decently and your neighbour uses exorbidantly then you pay for them too :(
The home is as such big and nice. I loved to live here but I am moving out due to the high rent.
