The Property Mgmt Team is the worst I have ever dealt with. They are rude, dumb and obnoxious. If you don't request what you need in a fierce tone, they will completely ignore you. BE WARNED...The management team is very good at "losing" paperwork so make sure you make copies of everything you submit to them. If you ever find someone parked in your dedicated space, do not, I mean DO NOT expect the management team to help you resolve the problem. Figure it out yourself.

The hallway lamps are so dim because no one ever cleans or change the light bulbs when they're burnt out. The hallways/staircases are bombarded by spiderwebs & dust. The dumpster areas are ridiculously dirty and smelly. Definitely need to be very careful where you step in the grass, there are all sorts of presents left by the friendly pets in the neighborhood.

I dont understand why they have to use Viterra as the enery service provider'' Every month, they try to charge us a $5 late fee...even though the payment is sent to them 10-15 days before it's due date.

When our lease was up, there was no hesitation at all to end it then and there. Be careful of what they deduct off your deposit. They will snag every penny you've got. By the time we moved everything out and cleaned up the apt, it looked sooo much cleaner than the first day we moved in. But they were still able to only refund us 10% of our deposit. How is that possible''' They claimed that all carpet in every apt has been shampooed but why did I see dirt/hair everywhere when we first stepped into the apt'' If you're one who is willing to take a chance at this dump, may the force be with you...
