Treetops Apartments

Bad Management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/10/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I lived @ Treetop, now known as Boulevard Apartments, for 1.5 years. First off, management isn't very helpful, long delays and long response time with maintenance issues and no notification by letter of what they fixed or didn't or when they would come back if need be. You were forced to follow-up constantly because they didn't. I had my hot water turned off several different times because of construction going on. The supposed security company they use,was only seen twice while I lived there. I had 3 VERY SERIOUS incidents occur and was unable to get a hold of the security company because the phone numbers listed were either wrong or not working. Management was informed, but didn't seem concerned nor showed any concern with any action taken that I was aware of or could see. I do not recommend living @ Treetop if you're a single woman. All the renovations being done means rent will increase SIGNIFICANTLY!
