The apartment complex is great, but the only concern is the very high rent. The apt management does not have any fixed rent. What I have heard from people they give differnt rents to different people. I find that there is something fishy going on. The people at the office behave based on the person they are talking to. Each one says one thing so can't be sure what is going on. I wouls strongly say no.
The lease is also a pain to break.
