A terrible place to live

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
I moved out at the end of March. It is now the middle of June and I still have not received the refund of my deposit. I had to park in a spot that was a favorite of a cat who walked all over my car every night with his muddy paws. It seemd as though the entire county of India was living over me -- in shifts!!
