I previously lived in Hayward and the community that I lived in had a great model to show. After moving to the actual apartment, there were stains all over the carpet and not to mention, there were never ending silverfish in my unit(whoever doesn't know what silverfish is they look like pincher bug without the pinching part). When I moved to Watermark, the condition of the apartment was practically perfect! Well maintained, and not to mention it feels like living in a real house! The office staff is great and will try to work anything out with you. Whoever says that the office staff does not care is not giving this team a chance! Comparing to the other places I looked at before choosing Watermark, are basically offerinf the same rate but really, Watermark's price may be like 30 dollars more but you are getting a lot for your money!!!
