Great place but expensive.

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
I move out a year ago because I work in San Jose and the commute is horrible in the Milpitas corridor.
After having a bad time with my current apartment complex, I think Watermark is a decent place to live. I moved to a cheap place in San Jose and I am now paying the consequences. But still Watermark rent prices where to high for the time we lived there.
No problem with Neighbors from India or ------ (I am white and I am not a KKK member as some people that posted here before)
Good neighborhood, close to Hospital, Park, Supermarkets, BART.. in general, great location
My wife and me never had to deal with management, so not comment. Good response in the repair team. We got back our deposit less $200 from repairs, not bad in comparison with other places, but still we left the place in excellent conditions...
A lot of people knocking at the door selling stuff, one room was next to the stairs and it was noisy when people used the stairs.
I would recommend this place if you do not mind paying high rent.
